Everything offered here is tried and tested by me and many others who completed the programme. It comes highly recommended.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. (Mindful.org)

Awareness
As you look at a sunset, the sea, or a beautiful painting, or simply meditating, at home, you can enjoy peace and happiness, calm and inner joy, as the mind becomes clear and perception sharpens. This is a taste of the realm of awareness whilst not judging, not thinking, just being aware, at peace
, and living each moment as it happens.

On the following page click on "Meditations", "Introduction Before Meditation" and listen (7 minutes), in comfort. When it has ended click on "Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Mindfulness of Breathing" (21 minutes) and, without judgment, enjoy what you are doing.
