Daily Led Meditations and Guidance
In order for Mindfulness to be effective regular meditation need to be part of daily life rather than just an occasional time of leisure and pleasure.

This is a model for a way of working to use and learn these basic meditations.
For each meditation there is an introductory short
talk of how to  work with the meditation and a twenty minutes track commentary meditation with which to meditate.

Mindful listening is taking in information without judgment, criticism or interruption, while being aware of internal thoughts and reactions that may get in the way of the communication.

A programme of guided audio meditation, supporting  notes and guides to learn and encourage a daily programme of meditation.
